## Safe To Show Internally

- `video/anchorage-source-still-10s-rights-demo.mp4` as a source-still pacing cut with an explicit rights watermark.
- `audio/already-home-at-long-sands-15s-hook.mp3` and `audio/already-home-at-long-sands-30s-spot.mp3` as original brand-audio direction.
- Docs in this folder as draft strategy, copy, and production planning.

## Do Not Treat As Public-Ready Yet

- Do not publish the demo videos externally until Anchorage or the asset owner confirms image/video usage rights.
- Do not imply any pictured guests, staff, rooms, meals, reviews, or views are final verified ad footage unless the source file is cleared and current.
- Do not use AI concept visuals as replacements for real Anchorage property, guest, food, room, or staff footage.
- Do not use copied social posts, reviews, logos, offers, rates, or package claims without current confirmation.

## Clearance Needed Before Posting

1. Written permission or owner confirmation for every official/source image used in a public cut.
2. Current confirmation of amenities, room claims, dining relationship, rates/offers, and seasonal availability.
3. Guest/staff appearance releases for any recognizable person in new footage.
4. Final platform-safe exports for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and paid variants.
5. Human approval on captions and CTAs before any account upload or ad spend.
