Goal: a Khan-style learning path for a 3½-year-old, but warmer and more immersive: story world, spoken prompts, adaptive hints, tiny off-screen missions, and a clean ending.
Independent mode: turn sound on, hit “Start guided adventure,” and Ava can tap through. A grown-up should still be nearby; this is preschool-safe independence, not unattended screen babysitting.
Learning loop: See/hear → predict/choose → get gentle feedback → do one real-world action → collect a star.
Healthy constraints: no streak pressure, no ads, no dark patterns, no external calls, no data upload, no failure state. The app explicitly invites off-screen play.
Upgrade path: add parent-recorded voice, printable activity cards, camera-free “show me” checklists, weekly paths, and local-only progress saved to the device.
