Cape Neddick  ·  Est. on the Maine Coast

A quiet coastal
retreat, kept
honestly.

A small, considered inn on the granite edge of Cape Neddick — where the tide keeps time and rooms are dressed in linen, lamplight, and salt air. Come for a weekend. Leave slower than you arrived.

The Rooms

Nine rooms. All linen, lamplight, and long views.

Each room is finished the way we'd finish our own — good mattresses, generous towels, quiet corners for coffee. No two are identical. Most have some slice of ocean; all have a proper reading chair.

Our story

A small inn, kept the way inns used to be.

Beauport is a slow-word for a good harbor — an old French name that stuck to this part of the Maine coast long before the postcards did. We took it because it says what we do. We keep a small house on the water. We tend to a handful of rooms. We let the day be the loudest thing in them.

You'll find fresh coffee before you're ready for it, a proper breakfast that doesn't come out of a warming tray, and someone at the desk who actually knows where to send you for oysters, tide pools, or a table by the fire.

Come as guests. Leave the way regulars do — quietly, and planning to be back.
