Mainiax started with a small idea — that the corner cafe still matters. That a morning walk to a warm room, a familiar voice behind the bar, and coffee poured with care instead of a stopwatch is worth building for.
We're a coastal Maine spot in the Kittery / York area, close enough to the water that you catch the tide on the wind. We buy from small roasters and bakers we know by name, we keep the menu tight so we can do it well, and we save the seat by the window for regulars.
