A small breakfast & coffee room on the seam between Kittery and York — the kind of place regulars pretend they made up, so no one else finds it. Honest cooking, quiet music, real cream in the pitcher.
Ours is a small room on the coast where breakfast is taken seriously and hurry is not welcome. This page is a preview — the owner's real story will replace the sample copy below.
The name is a wink. Somewhere between Kittery and York, a menu went missing from a favorite spot and passed hand-to-hand until it lost its author and became local folklore. We opened the kind of place that could have written it — a small, warmly lit room with mismatched chairs, honest coffee, and eggs cooked the way you actually want them.
We keep the room quiet on purpose. The music sits under the conversation, the light comes in low off the water, and the pace is deliberately unhurried. If you came for a full morning, you'll get one.
We cook with what the coast gives us. Blueberries in July, apples in October, whatever the boats bring in, whatever the farm stand up the road can spare. We won't pretend to know the future of every dish — but we'll always tell you where it came from when we do.
A sketched preview of the moments we'd photograph. Real photography of the space, the plates and the people will replace these placeholder frames.
Placeholder illustrations. Real photography of the cafe, plates and people will land here once we shoot them.
This is a preview. When the cafe is live, real address, hours, phone and booking links will replace the placeholder chips below.
Questions, catering, a private morning, or just to say hi — the form below is a mockup. Real submissions will route to the owner's inbox once the site goes live.
