We meet you at the property. We listen more than we talk. You leave with a written summary of what we heard and a rough budget band you can trust.

Harbor Point Homes is based in Kittery and works the tidewater towns along Route 103 and Route 1A — from the Piscataqua up to the Cape Neddick light. We keep our range tight on purpose. It's how the site visits stay quick and the trades stay familiar.
We take on a small number of projects each year so we can give each one our full attention. The best time to start a conversation is a season or two before you'd like to break ground.
