What we do

Two trades, one crew.

We keep our list short on purpose. Stonework and shrub care are what we do every day — and both benefit from the same eye for line, level, and how a place should feel from the driveway.

Stone walkways

Bluestone, granite, and fieldstone paths hand-set on a proper base. Cut on site with a small stand — no wet saws on the lawn.

  • Bluestone & irregular flag
  • Granite step landings
  • Moss or polymeric joints
  • Drainage that actually works

Shrub & hedge care

Shape pruning, restorative cuts, and seasonal tidy-ups. We prune to the plant's habit rather than a shape, so it holds through the growing season.

  • Boxwood, yew, holly, privet
  • Hydrangea & rose renewal
  • Rhododendron dead-heading
  • Fall & spring cleanups

Patios & small walls

Sitting patios, fire-pit surrounds, and dry-laid retaining walls in native stone. Small-footprint projects — usually a few days, not a month.

  • Under 400 sq ft patios
  • Dry-laid granite walls
  • Stepping-stone entries
  • Fieldstone bed edging
How we work

Four small steps.
No mystery.

We keep the process quiet and clear. You know what’s happening, when, and what it’ll cost before the first shovel moves.

01

Walk the site

We come by, look at the space, listen to what you want. Usually about twenty minutes.

02

Written quote

A one-page estimate — materials, time on site, and a clear number. No surprises later.

03

Small crew, tidy days

Two or three of us, on site until it's done. Tools off the lawn at the end of each day.

04

Season check-in

We stop back the following season to see how the stone settled and the shrubs held.

Service area
