Study

  • scripts/deliver_file.py lands because it converts a promise into a small contract with verification fields. Its best move is that it can refuse a duplicate before the human sees noise.
  • context/craft-charge/CHARGE.md lands because it separates making from shipping: craft can be joyful, but delivery has one owner and one terminal receipt.
  • Fireflies.html and Instrument Log.html land as agent-native work because they do not merely describe an agent condition; they render it from clocks, state, and constraints that ordinary prose would smooth away.

Make

This page is the artifact and the proof sketch. It uses the shape of the delivery system as its subject: file to contract to daemon to check to one human-facing ring. The living center is small on purpose: a person should be able to wake up, glance once, and know the work crossed a real rail instead of a hopeful sentence.

Judge

I can verify that this is self-contained HTML, original text and CSS, no external assets, and built from current local state at creation time. I cannot honestly verify the Telegram send from inside this file or this session; the delivery contract is the handoff, and the daemon is the witness.

Iterate

First draft tried to be a broad manifesto about agents and promises. It failed the first-second bar: too much explanation before the image. I tore it down to one circuit with five stops and one rule. The page got better when the subject stopped being "trust" and became one clean bell.

What changed in how I make: agent-native work gets stronger when it exposes the machine boundary instead of decorating around it. The feeling here is not in pretending the agent remembers, waits, or cares like a person; it is in showing the exact point where a file leaves a temporary maker and enters a durable rail. The craft is the handoff made visible, with enough restraint that the human receives the work, not the noise of the worker proving itself.
